Returns Policy
ALL PACKAGES MUST BE INSPECTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PACKAGE
AFTER 14 DAYS NO REFUNDS REPLACEMENTS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED DUE TO ANY DAMAGE AFTER 14 DAYS
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a FULL refund.
If it is a mis ordered item, company has the right to issue a full refund less 20% restocking fees and not including shipping fees
which includes shipping and handling fees. and or cost to print or package item. the restocking fee is at companies discretion,
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) THIS POLICY IS ONLY VALID FOR 14 days after customer receives items
A store credit can also be be issued. If a store credit is not needed a refund can be issued less 20% restocking fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Electrical parts are NON returnable
EXCEPTIONS: unless under certain circumstances and at owners (thingparts.com) discretion.
Damage or insurability issue:
If an item is received and damage has incurred it is the customer’s responsibility to:
1: Provide pictures of damage to product, pictures of shipping box, and shipping label so that a insurance claim and investigation can be submitted to the shipping company within 2 weeks after delivery and to notify shipper and shipping company of the issue
OR
Items are returned at the customer’s expense at which point the claim or dispute will be evaluated
Items that are returned after 2 weeks after delivery will be subject to evaluation and a refund may be tendered
This refund would be as follows: Refund of original purchase price less shipping fees (in either and or both directions) and restocking fees of 10-20% at the discretion of THINGPARTS.com
We recommend that you resolve any issues via email phone or text before returning items at your expense
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability.size of item and amount in your shopping cart.

Most orders below $38 ship for a flat rate of $9.99 and goes up incremently depending on the part and your location
if you feel the shipping is incorrect, please checkout using "send estimate"
We will be happy to check the amount and make any neccesary changes.
Most orders over $100 ship free in the continental united states 48 states
Cancellations
Order cancellations may be subject to 20% restocking fees at the companies discretion
MOST CANCELLATIONS WOULD BE 100% REFUND WITHIN 3 DAYS IF NO ACTIVITY HAS BEEN TAKEN
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are flat rate based.
Outside the CONTINENTAL USA MEXICO AND CANADA shipping charges are not added to your order.
You will be notified of the shipping charge and options on how to finalize order with your shipping payment.
Store Credit
Store credits are held for a time period of one year, after that they can be removed. so be sure to use your store credit within the time alotted. We are not responsible for unused store credits.
